R&D CENTER RULE
- Development new product according to the requests of customer order. Additionally, review drawings of the similar in the past before designing;
- Finish the task in line with company production plan;
- Product data sheet:
- Strengthen technical level and broaden horizons to decrease errors. On the other hand, design engineers should be diligent in learning, good at summary and constantly doing improvements for total development. And promote technical argue for making fewer mistakes and reasonable solution;
- For the one thing, improve technical grade. For the other thing, understand process technologies. Encourage to go to workshop and watch skilled workers’ operations. Above all, get to know them. Then find out the reason and think whether there is better way. If this can go on for a long period, you will benefit professional knowledge;
- Drawing is key to improve quality. As cycle of custom chandelier and lighting is urgent in delivery, designers should finish their jobs promptly without mistakes. As a result, hardware metal parts such as light framework can be processed in enough time for assuring high quality;
- In order to protect company interests, technical data should be not sent out. And communicate engineering problems with the guide of marketing department;
- Take an active part in 5S activities and obey law to be a model employee.
PRODUCT DATA SHEET LIST
- Technical request should be complete for customer approval. In the meantime, it is total regulation for manufacturing;
- Drawing is the engineering language. It should display detail information for the succeeding production;
- Lighting product construction should be reasonable with present process technologies based on technique and economy;
- Material and light fittings are available in the market;
- Process technologies of the special part are feasible in hardware workshop. Please mark it if manufacturing the mold or fixture;
- For outsourcing parts, quality request is necessary for ordering and accepting;
- Design should be in the light of national standards;
- Custom chandelier or lighting should be thought of electrical and hanging installation;
- Quotation should be assessed structure, material, outer appearance, working time, outsourcing cost except referring to the past similar products;
- Engineering change should remark time and reason;
- Drawings should be coded in line with production plan and saved with paper and electronic documents;
- Installation steps are shown schematically in figures with text descriptions;
- Bill of material is necessary with title, material, and specification. Additionally, part drawings are attached for process;
DRAWING CHECK REGULATION
- Front view is given priority to display product shape, vertical and left or partial views are added if necessary. It is subject to express product completely;
- Lighting drawings should be marked total shape sizes such as length, width, height, so do that of major parts;
- Corresponded installation shape and dimension, linking way should be displayed;
- All materials of light framework should be marked;
- Outer decorative appearance plate should be marked color. If necessary, their pantones are best to attached;
- Total weight is important to structure design for safety, especially for flush mount chandelier;
- Applied power is concerned with distribution and supply system of the project. Text mark must be required for grouping and dimming.
