Nothing is more essential than to assure product quality. So we attach importance to inspection in the manufacturing of chandelier , custom chandelier, ceiling lamp, pendant lamp, wall sconce, table lamp, floor lamp. So we set up a strict and complete quality control procedure in a wide range of areas from supplier selection, incoming material control, process review, to finished product checkup.
Initially, put through total process monitoring in a broad array of scope, including the validation of raw materials, electrical appliances, lampshades, hardware and the prototype trial assembly of rough blanks.

Quality Management Approaches

IQC – We try hard to do 100% inspections on all incoming material including outsourced material and suppliers products. All material must adhere to IQC standards before putting in storage.
Part Qualification: First-Article Inspection at the start of the pilot production run. Our check team takes efforts to prepare for materials before the coming mass production.
SPC – Variable and Attribute Control Charting during the production run. It is a method of measuring and controlling quality to oversee the manufacturing process.
Part Evaluation – Last Piece Test at the end of each production run.
Final Audit – Random sampling of each ship lot for compliance of key characteristics.
QA – The Final Quality Control measurement is the most critical part of quality assurance. Our FQC group process encompasses check items, test methods, the severity of defects, and make a list of testing equipment in detail.
